Barbara Weikamp

      Barbara Weikamp attained her degree at Baldwin Wallace College in voice, acting and dance. Following college she put her talents to work performing in the "Hoop Dee Doo Revue" at Walt Disney World.
      Barbara then joined the musical theatre circuit playing at theatres including the Burt Reynold;s, Carousel and Put in Bay Dinner Theatres. Some of her favorite roles include Guenevere/Camelot, Eliza Doolittle/My Fair Lady and Louisa in The Fantastics. She also spent a season at The Great Lakes Shakespeare Festival with Tom Hanks.
      Barbara moved to the high seas performing on Cruise ships from the Caribbean to Alaska. Her ship docked in the San Francisco Bay Area where Barbara wrote, directed and performed two "One Woman Shows". After settling in Half Moon Bay, Ca., Barbara created her own voice studio where students ranged from ages 3-70. Her students performed in yearly recitals and community events. Barbara also taught at The Susan Hayward School of Dance and The Coastal Theatre Conservatory.
      During the last few years in California, Barbara took her show on the road customizing musical performances for the Coastal Arts League, The Harbor House Conference Center and The Rebekah Lodge. In 2001 she released her first pop CD "Storming the Gate" with original music by James Bauer.
Barbara relocated to Doylestown, Pa., in August of 2002 and teaches voice, acting and Combo Camp at the Community Conservatory.
