Michelle Cosgrove, BM

Michelle has been teaching and performing music since 1998, when she graduated with a BM from The College of New Jersey. Her major instrument is flute, and she is currently studying for her Masters in Music Performance at West Chester University. She also teaches piano here at the conservatory. Her performing activities include recitals given throughout the area, weddings and other events with the guitar and flute duo Strings & Wind, and participation in a local chorus. She has acquired permanent certification for Music K-12 in the state of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the National Flute Association, the Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia, Music Educators National Conference, and the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association.
